Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exceptions: If the return is due to an accepted manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping fees or issue a full refund including shipping.

We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the courier company, and claims must be filed directly with them.
4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Refunds
