2. Return Period

  • Products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Only products in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging are eligible for return.

  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Exceptions: If the return is due to an accepted manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping fees or issue a full refund including shipping.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the courier company, and claims must be filed directly with them.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items with opened or damaged packaging.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Gift cards or digital products.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
